1. Tickets and Prices
Tickets are sold at the prices displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
The following ticket categories are available:
- Adult – 1 Day: CHF 7.–
- Reduced Rate, ages 12–17 – 1 Day: CHF 5.–
- Adult – 3-Day Pass: CHF 15.–
- Reduced Rate, ages 12–17 – 3-Day Pass: CHF 10.–
- Children under 12: Free admission
Proof of age may be requested at the entrance in order to benefit from a reduced rate or free admission.
2. Ticket Validity
The 1-Day Ticket provides admission to WILD EXPO on one day of your choice: Friday 24, Saturday 25 or Sunday 26 September 2027.
It is valid for one admission only.
The 3-Day Pass provides admission to the event on all three days.
Each ticket or pass must be presented at the entrance.
3. Orders and Payment
An order becomes final once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Online payments are processed through the payment service providers available on the website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate, particularly their email address.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Unless WILD EXPO is cancelled by the organiser, purchased tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
If the event is permanently cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable refund procedure.
If the event is postponed, tickets will in principle remain valid for the new dates. The applicable arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders.
6. Programme and Exhibitors
The programme, talks, demonstrations, activities and list of exhibitors may be subject to change.
Changes to the programme, the schedule of an activity or the participation of an exhibitor do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
7. Admission to the Event
Visitors must comply with safety instructions, the rules of the venue and any instructions provided by the WILD EXPO organisation.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or terminate admission to any person whose behaviour endangers other visitors, exhibitors, staff or the proper running of the event.
8. Liability
Each visitor attends the event under their own responsibility and must comply with the instructions provided on site.
WILD EXPO shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of visitors’ personal belongings, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected when purchasing tickets is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
